For the 2025 season in Fire Island I have three options to come and visit.

I have decided to rerun to a house I have rented before that has four bedrooms and four bathrooms also with a heated pool and large hot tub.

The North and South rooms have private bathrooms while the two twin rooms have a shared bath.

Pricing is as follows below. To secure your spot I only ask for a small non refundable deposit, and we can set up any payment plan that works for you. Payment must be made in full one month before your arrival.

Cost per room includes all utilities and services, only other expense is shared food expenses with the house. Room price is based on double occupancy.

This will be invoiced and billed as a vacation package from Destination By David. There are no refunds for any payments made to this travel invoice / reservation under any circumstances. Please make sure you take the time to acknowledge this and understand that if you are not able to attend there will be no partial or full refunds and there will be no credits issued for future travel.
