I have a quarter share in Fire Island Pines this summer and have some openings for a spare room as well as to share in my room with me. The house is located at 100 Fire Island Boulevard. This is not a large house, but it is in a great location right in the harbor and I have rented many times over the past years. The house does have A/C in every room, including the public areas.

Three of the four rooms have been rented, but a small room with two twin beds / one queen with shared bath is available for September 22 – 29 ($1,200).

I also have a spot in my room which is the largest in the house with private bath for the following dates and prices. August 11 – 18 ($800),  September 15 – 22 ($700) and September 22 – 29 ($700).

Prices include all utilities / cleaning etc. Food costs are collective shared amongst the house.
